This FLN-MAR O ring reference chart includes a materials reference noting temperature tolerance, recommended uses and mechanical properties. Sizes are specified by the inside diameter and the cross-section diameter. O rings are manufactured to metric and imperial international standards such as the listed AS 568. Custom sizes of almost any dimension are possible, including miniature O-rings, special O-rings with large dimensions.
Custom Gaskets
FLN-MAR can also provide you with custom gaskets to any specifications. Perhaps you have an old part or pump in need of a gasket; we can find just what you need or we can fabricate it. From hand cut to precision machining and Waterjet. Chemical resistant, heat and pressure resistant materials are available.
For your convenience, to help you select the correct size O ring, three measurements are included on the FLN-MAR chart for cross reference purposes. We have included the "Nominal", "Actual Inch", and "Actual Metric" sizes. When comparing the “Actual” and “Nominal” sizes of O rings, note the Nominal or those listed in fractions, are available for referencing but it is recommended that your order be placed in actual inch or millimeter sizes for accuracy.
